Welcome to dilate.life! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.dilate.life (the "Site") and the services provided therein (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
dilate.life provides an interface that allows users to interact with various third-party large language model (LLM) APIs (the "Third-Party Providers"), such as those from Google, Groq, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others. Our Service acts solely as an intermediary and a passthrough. We transmit your prompts to these Third-Party Providers and display the responses they generate. We do not create, control, or endorse the content of the responses generated by these Third-Party Providers.
To use our Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
The Service operates on a token-based system. You purchase tokens which are then consumed when you use the Service to send prompts and receive responses from the AI models.
THIS IS A CRITICAL PROVISION OF OUR SERVICE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
When you submit a prompt, the content of that prompt, along with relevant conversation history from the current session, is directly transmitted to the Third-Party Provider whose AI model you are using.
You agree not to use the Service to:

THE CONTENT IS GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, CONSULTATION, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT FROM QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS (E.G., MEDICAL DOCTORS, LAWYERS, FINANCIAL ADVISORS). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY: WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT GENERATED BY THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS MAY PRODUCE INCORRECT, BIASED, OFFENSIVE, OR MISLEADING INFORMATION ("HALLUCINATIONS") OR MAY LACK UP-TO-DATE KNOWLEDGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE THROUGH THE SERVICE BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL dilate.life, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE ACTIONS AND DATA HANDLING OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; (V) THE INABILITY TO USE PURCHASED TOKENS DUE TO SERVICE DISRUPTIONS OR OTHER ISSUES OUTLINED IN SECTION 3; OR (VI) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
LIABILITY CAP: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF dilate.life FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID dilate.life, IF ANY, IN THE PAST THREE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dilate.life and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
